*Note:
– Birthday offer will be applied 7 days before, 7 days after and on the customer’s birthday. Total 15 days.
– The accumulated points are calculated based on the value of the invoice after discount.
– The accumulated points will be updated within 24 hours from the time you experience the service.

1. Level criteria: Based on spending at HT House restaurants/services in 1 year. When reaching the required criteria, the customer will be upgraded immediately, but the new cumulative level will be applied to the following invoice.

2. Level maintenance: Level will be reviewed annually. You can keep the membership level for next 1 year.

For example: Mr.A registers for membership from October 2024 and is in Gold level at the end of 2024. January 1, 2025 is the membership review date for 2025, Mr.A still retains Gold Gourmand level and keeps membership benefits of Gold Gourmand until December 31, 2025. In 2025, if customer A’s total spending is not enough 10,000,000; in 2026 Mr.A will be downgraded to Silver Foodie. If the required criteria are met, Mr.A will keep Gold Gourmand level or be promoted to Diamond Gastronome level.

II. Membership Level Classification:


– Silver Foodie: For new activated members and have spending of less than 10 million/year.
– Gold Gourmand: Members having spending from 10 to 20 million/year will be upgraded.
– Diamond Gastronome: Members having spending above 20 million/year will be upgraded.

*Note:
– After activation, customers will receive Silver Foodie level. If you are in Silver Foodie level with 0 points and have a one-time spend with a bill value of over 20 million, you will be upgraded to Diamond Gastronome.
– Membership level will be reviewed on January 1 every year.
– The accumulated points are calculated based on the value of the invoice after discount.
